What is the difference between 1R and 2R? +
1R (3 guests, ~22 sqm, 4 rooms) is a studio with a loft, featuring a double bed and a futon, a 3-in-1 unit bathroom (with bathtub), and a rice cooker. 2R (7 guests, ~40 sqm, 2 rooms) is a two-bedroom with a loft, featuring two queen beds, one sofa bed, futons, an independent shower stall (no bathtub), and a multifunction warm-water toilet. The 2R does not include a rice cooker.
Is there a bathtub? +
1R rooms have a bathtub (inside the 3-in-1 unit bathroom). 2R rooms have an independent shower stall only — no bathtub.
Is there a rice cooker? +
1R rooms have a rice cooker. 2R rooms do not.
Is Wi-Fi available? +
Yes — all rooms include free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Is there a TV? +
Each room has an Android-based smart monitor for YouTube, Netflix, and similar services. There are no terrestrial broadcast TV channels.
Is there a washing machine? +
Yes — every room has one. 1R rooms come with gel-ball detergent placed on the unit; 2R rooms have automatic detergent and softener dispensing.

Is there an elevator? +
No — stairs only. If you would prefer a 1F room, please let us know via message after booking. We will accommodate when possible (not guaranteed).
Is there parking or bicycle parking? +
No guest parking or bicycle parking is available. The motorcycle parking lot next to the building is a landmark only — it is not a guest facility.
Can you hold my luggage? +
Because the property is unstaffed, we do not hold luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please use a coin locker near the station.
How do I get there from the station? +
About a 5-minute walk from Takadanobaba Station. Search "Shinjuku Topshot Hotel" in Google Maps.
·Check-in & Stay
What are the check-in and check-out times? +
Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 10:00.
I'm not sure about self-check-in +
After booking, AirHost will send you advance instructions. On the day, simply enter the PIN we send you into the RemoteLOCK keypad to enter. If anything goes wrong, our dedicated key-trouble support site is available 24/7.

·House Rules
Is smoking allowed? +
All rooms are non-smoking. The area around the building is also non-smoking.
Can children stay? +
Yes, children are welcome. However, we do not provide baby cribs, high chairs, or children's tableware. Since there is no elevator, please let us know via message after booking if you have a stroller and would prefer a 1F room.
