- Cancellation / Refund
- The cancellation policy for direct bookings differs by plan. Representative plans are as follows. Room Only plan (standard rate): cancellation from 6 days before arrival onward, on the day of arrival, or no-show — 100% of the accommodation fee; cancellation made earlier is free of charge. Official website only 20% off room rate plan (2 nights or more): cancellation from 30 days before arrival onward, on the day of arrival, or no-show — 100% of the accommodation fee; cancellation made earlier is free of charge. Day counts treat the arrival date itself as "day 0" (the day before arrival is "day 1"), based on Japan Standard Time. Where no cancellation fee applies, the full amount prepaid online is refunded to the credit card used for the booking; where a fee applies, the balance after deducting it is refunded in the same way. We process refunds promptly after the cancellation is confirmed, but the time taken for the refund to appear on your card statement depends on your card issuer. The applicable cancellation policy is the one displayed on the official booking page (tripla Book) at the time of booking. Even if we subsequently revise the policy, the policy displayed at the time the booking was confirmed will, as a rule, continue to apply to that booking. OTA bookings follow the OTA's own cancellation policy.
