These Terms of Use apply to the official website (the "Site") of Shinjuku Topshot Hotel, operated by Topshot Inc.. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Booking, payment, and cancellation are processed via the tripla Book reservation system provided by tripla Inc., or OTAs (online travel agencies) designated by us. The booking terms and cancellation policy on each booking page take precedence; information on the Site is provided as an overview only.
For direct bookings via tripla Book, the cancellation policy differs by plan. Representative plans are as follows. Room Only plan (standard rate): cancellation from 6 days before arrival onward, on the day of arrival, or no-show — 100% of the accommodation fee; cancellation made earlier is free of charge. Official website only 20% off room rate plan (2 nights or more): cancellation from 30 days before arrival onward, on the day of arrival, or no-show — 100% of the accommodation fee; cancellation made earlier is free of charge. Day counts treat the arrival date itself as "day 0" (the day before arrival is "day 1"), based on Japan Standard Time. Where no cancellation fee applies, the full amount prepaid online is refunded to the credit card used for the booking; where a fee applies, the balance after deducting it is refunded in the same way. We process refunds promptly after the cancellation is confirmed, but the time taken for the refund to appear on your card statement depends on your card issuer. The policy that applies is the one displayed on the booking page at the time of booking. Even if we subsequently revise the cancellation policy, the policy displayed at the time the booking was confirmed will, as a rule, continue to apply to that booking.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content.
We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms take effect upon posting on the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance for any disputes related to the Site.
